So I ended up doing 18 miles on the bike trainer. Here are some stats…

- Max speed: 24.0 mph
I would have more stats but my HR monitor crapped out in the middle of the ride. The screen just went all dark and I had to reset all my settings. Luckily all my exercise files were still there. I am guessing my gloves kept on hitting the buttons? I think my HR monitor has a keylock feature. I am going to turn that on…
Injury update: I think I have problems with my IT band. It’s a different part of my knee than last time. This time, it’s pretty much hurting right on the side of the knee. I can even feel it if I massage the side of my thigh (where that IT band goes through). *sigh* I hope this doesn’t mess up my training. The IT band was bothering me up to mile 10, but after mile 10 it went away, so I kept on going. Ankle is still sensitive, but not causing as much trouble as my IT band.
